Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Prowler account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
